Daemonettes almost finished.

A good friend of mine gave me 12 daemonettes and a few plastic witch elf parts with which to make some command pieces...just finishing these up with the first coat on their bases to match my existing slaneesh daemon army from back in the days of Storm of Chaos...this was one of my favourite armies..it was fast, and it could win against most lists, some fragile parts too, so not too uber but definitely a hard list in its heyday.

Still need to paint the actual banner but its definitely playable.

2000 points of Chaos Warriors

First layer of basing material attached. Next paint it all black and then highlight with great and then light grey.. Then ass the snow effect. 

Marauder Horsemen are finished...

Now need to base the army (winter theme?) and add another 400 points to bring it to 2400.

Was thinking of 2 Giants or a giant and a chimera or 12 trolls.

Really wanted to stick with the tz theme though so the trolls and chimera might be out..

And all the kings horses...

Have their skin finished....

next up is clean up the overbrushing on the horses, saddles, bone elements and finished! 

Progress on the Choas Mortals list

Well the horses are all base coated and 4 of them have their skin pretty much done. Once again I have resorted to drybrushing to get them done.... I do so hate painting horses. The riders have their first base coat of armour done. 

I've also started looking at taking the army from 2000 to 2400 points. I'm considering 12 trolls with extra hand weapons. Stay tuned.

Hobby room upgrade.

Hobby room makeover is done. Counter height chairs are on order. Really loving this space. Computer will be replaced with an apple and the huge tower under the desk will disappear. The cupboards are completely filled already with old models.

On the other side of the room, is a desk for Michelle and more cupboard space which is also already filled with her craft stuff.
