A trip to Wallacks

Took a trip to Wallacks today and score a few nice items. The first was this Staedtler 0.05 Marker. This is one fine marker. Here is a picture of the tips of the 0.05, 0.10 and 0.70. Excellent for touch ups, or those pesky eyes.

The next item is a must have for anyone painting minis. It's called a Masterson's Sta-Wet Pallet. As you can it involves a wet sponge and special paper (the paper is reusual, can be used on both sides, and very strong.) The sponge keeps the paper wet and the paper then keeps the paint moist. I painted the whole carnefix red without anything drying out. And apparently you can store your paint in there for a few days and come back and it's still good! I haven't tried that yet (as I just got it today), but that is bloody amazing. This amazing item is available for about ~$9.00 CDN (on sale this week) which is a steal IMHO. Thanks to Matt the Red Shirt for the tip!
