Scenic base with cart added

Added the dwarf mining cart to the scenic base for the black orc regiment.

I've removed the original covers from the cart with a saw and then made two hopper doors out of styrene (aka plasticard). Also removed the lantern from the hopper as it would have been horizontal with the cart on it's side. The lantern will get a metal ring which will attach to the hopper again, allowing it to hang vertically from the dragon mouth. I'd like to try source lighting the lantern but I suck at source lighting.

The scene will include a dead dwarf and a blorc standing over his body (in between the two tracks.). May also include a snotling model stealing a gem from the over turned hopper.
