Mofo Woodpecker

Our tree in the front of the house seems to have some holes in it....
Most likely caused by this little feathered bastard....

Anyone have any idea on the waiting period for a hand gun?

Woodpeckers only nest in dead trees. Wait until Fall and cut the limb - or better yet, call an arborist.
